iMAC DIAL UP STEP BY STEP SETUP

1: Click on the "Assistants" folder on your hard drive. Then double-click on Internet Setup Assistant.
2: Click Yes
3: Click Yes again.
4: On the "Introduction" screen, click the right arrow key to continue.
5: In the "What would you like to name this configuration" box type in WorldLinc ISP. Next select "Modem" click the right arrow key to continue.
6: Select your Modem type. Then select "internal modem" if you are using an internal modem. If not, check your modem manual. If you have tone dialing, select "tone". The "Ignore dial tone" box should remain unchecked. Click the right arrow key to continue.
7: Please fill in the required boxes using the information supplied on your welcome-letter form. Type in your local dial up access number we have in your area. Type in your username and password (both are case-sensitive). Click the right arrow key to continue.
8: Select No and click the right arrow key to continue.
9: Select No and click the right arrow key to continue on IP address.
10: Leave the Domain Name Servers blank. Click the right arrow key to continue.
11. Type in your email address as given on your welcome-letter followed by your password. Leave the bottom field as-it. Click the right arrow key to continue.
12: Type in your email address again and in the next box type in mail.worldlinc.net. Click the right arrow key to continue.
13: Click right arrow key to continue.
14: Select No for Internet Proxy Servers. Click right arrow key to continue.
15: This completes your setup. You may click on "Go Ahead" to connect to the internet. To disconnect, select "Disconnect Remote Access".
